About the Scheme
The Bhabishyat Credit Card provides a bank loan of up to ā¹5 lakh to residents of West Bengal aged 18 to 55 for setting up a manufacturing, trading or service enterprise, with the State Government providing a subsidy on the project cost and standing behind the loan through a guarantee fund. š How to Apply
Step 1:Prepare the Project Proposal
Draw up the proposal showing the activity, project cost and how the loan will be repaid.
Step 2:Apply on the BCC Portal
Register and apply online with Aadhaar, residence proof and the project proposal.
Step 3:District Scrutiny
The district authority scrutinises the application and forwards it to the lending bank.
Step 4:Bank Sanction
The bank appraises and sanctions the loan; the State subsidy is adjusted as per scheme rules.
