About the Scheme
Jai Johar is an old age pension scheme providing ā¹1,000 per month to Scheduled Tribe residents of West Bengal aged 60 years and above. š How to Apply
Step 1:Obtain the Jai Bangla Pension Form
Collect the Jai Bangla pension application form from the BDO, SDO or municipal commissioner office, or at a Duare Sarkar camp.
Step 2:Attach Tribe and Age Proof
Attach the ST caste certificate, age proof, residential proof and bank passbook copy.
Step 3:Submit and Verify
Submit the form to the designated office; the details are verified at the block or municipal level.
Step 4:Pension Disbursal
After sanction the monthly pension is credited directly to the beneficiary bank account.
