About the Scheme
PM Vishwakarma supports artisans and craftspeople working with their hands and tools across 18 recognised traditional trades, including carpenters, blacksmiths, goldsmiths, potters, tailors, cobblers, barbers and boat makers. š How to Apply
Step 1:Register at a CSC
Visit a Common Service Centre with Aadhaar and a mobile number linked for biometric authentication.
Step 2:Complete Trade Verification
Declare the traditional trade practised. The application is verified in stages by the Gram Panchayat or Urban Local Body.
Step 3:Receive Certificate and ID
On approval, download the PM Vishwakarma digital certificate and ID card.
Step 4:Access Training and Credit
Enrol for basic skill training with stipend, claim the toolkit incentive, and apply for the collateral-free enterprise loan.
