About the Scheme
The Pratyasha Scheme is a dedicated housing initiative launched by the Government of West Bengal to help state police personnel realize their dream of owning a home. Under this project, the West Bengal State Police Housing Corporation constructs modern residential apartments in partnership with HUDCO. Active police personnel from Constables to Inspectors are eligible to apply for flat allotments matching their ranks and pay grades. - āDemand Draft for Flat AllotmentAccount Payee Demand Draft or Banker Cheque representing application fee
- āPAN Card CopySelf-attested copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
- āOfficial Salary CertificateIncome/Salary certificate issued and signed by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO)
- āSigned Passport PhotosTwo sets of passport-sized photographs signed on the back
- āCanceled ChequeOne canceled cheque leaf for bank account details verification
- āBank Passbook CopyFirst page showing account number and IFSC details
š How to Apply
Step 1:Download Form and Terms
Download the official Pratyasha application form along with general terms, conditions, and guidelines from the West Bengal Police or Kolkata Police website.
Step 2:Prepare Demand Draft
Create an Account Payee Demand Draft or Banker Cheque in favor of WBSPHC payable at Kolkata, corresponding to the application fee for your category.
Step 3:Write Details on Reverse of Cheque/Draft
Write your full name, father's or husband's name, and contact phone number clearly on the back of the Demand Draft/Banker Cheque.
Step 4:Complete and Submit Application
Fill in the form, sign it, and submit it in person or by registered post along with the Demand Draft and required certificates to the WBSPHC Office (Araksha Bhawan, 3rd Floor, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
