About the Scheme
Rupashree Prakalpa provides one-time financial assistance of ₹25,000 to economically stressed families for the marriage of their adult daughters. The bride must be at least 18 years of age on the date of marriage, must be marrying for the first time, and the annual family income must not exceed ₹1.5 lakh. 🚀 How to Apply
Step 1:Collect the Application Form
Obtain the Rupashree application form free of cost from the BDO office, SDO office, Municipality, or a Duare Sarkar camp.
Step 2:Attach Proof of Marriage Date
Attach the wedding card or a declaration of the proposed marriage date, along with age proof, income declaration and bank passbook copy.
Step 3:Submit Before the Wedding
Submit the completed form to the same office well before the proposed date of marriage so that verification can be completed in time.
Step 4:Verification and Disbursal
After field verification the sanctioned amount is credited directly to the bride’s bank account.
