About the Scheme
Stand Up India facilitates bank loans for setting up a new ā greenfield ā enterprise in manufacturing, services, trading or an activity allied to agriculture. At least one borrower must be from a Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe, or be a woman. š How to Apply
Step 1:Confirm the Enterprise is Greenfield
The loan is only for a first-time venture by the borrower in manufacturing, services, trading or agri-allied activity.
Step 2:Register on Stand Up Mitra
Register on the portal, which also connects applicants to handholding support for preparing the proposal.
Step 3:Submit the Project Proposal
Submit the project report with caste certificate where applicable, along with identity and address proof.
Step 4:Bank Appraisal and Sanction
The branch appraises the proposal and sanctions the loan, usually with a composite working capital and term loan structure.
