About the Scheme
Swasthya Sathi is a state-run basic health cover scheme providing cashless secondary and tertiary care up to ā¹5 lakh per family per year. There is no cap on family size or age, and the smart card is issued in the name of the eldest woman of the household. š How to Apply
Step 1:Visit a Duare Sarkar Camp
Enrolment is done at Duare Sarkar camps or at the local municipality or panchayat office.
Step 2:Register the Family
Provide the family details with the eldest woman of the household listed as the primary card holder.
Step 3:Biometric Capture
Complete fingerprint and photograph capture for every family member to be included on the card.
Step 4:Collect the Smart Card
Collect the Swasthya Sathi smart card and use it at any empanelled government or private hospital for cashless treatment.
